Shipping and handling options
Standard ground
We ship Via UPS Ground for most
orders within the continental US. The average cost is around
$4 to $7 per cane. To find the time in transit please go to

in transit calculator by UPS. The origin city is St. Petersburg
and the zip is 33704. If you are shipping to another area you
might want to consider our international shipping for a possible
lower shipping cost via USPS. Please see below for instructions
on shipping internationally. If you place an order prior to
4 pm EST Sunday through Thursday it will be shipped from our
warehouse by 4 pm the same day.
Expedite or overnight
For an order to be shipped overnight
or by two day air (expedite) the order must be placed by telephone
or e-mail
to ensure that the item is in stock. It must be either expedited
(2 day) or overnighted, and it must be placed before 3 pm EST
Monday through Friday. UPS expedited or overnight packages will
not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the
weekend will be shipped on Monday. For example, if you place
your online order after 8 am EST on Sunday your order will be
shipped on Monday.
P.O. Boxes
At this time, we can only ship
to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
International shipping
We can ship to anywhere in the
World that UPS and USPS delivers to. Most International orders
are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders
can be shipped by UPS but usually have a higher cost than USPS.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain countries
due to high rates of credit card fraud and or any other reason.
How to Place an Order with
International Shipping.
You can ship USPS (United States
Postal Service express mail international service) it takes
about 2-3 days for most countries and this time is not guaranteed.
Return receipt service must be used. The buyer is responsible
for all customs cost that are incurred. If any extra costs are
charged to WalkingEquipment.com from custom fees the costs will
be passed on to the buyer. The costs will be charged to the
credit card that was used to purchase the product. Some items
that require a duty to be paid may not be able to be shipped
USPS and may have to be shipped UPS. You may find out what the

(EMS) is a reliable high-speed service for mailing time-sensitive
items to more than 175 countries and territories. EMS shipments
are insured against loss, damage, or rifling up to $500 at no
additional cost. Optional insurance coverage for shipments above
$500 is available for merchandise items only. The insurance
fee is $0.95 for each $100 or fraction there of up to a maximum
limit of $5,000. Unlike domestic Express Mail, EMS does not
offer a money-back time service guarantee. Return receipt service
is available at no additional charge for EMS shipments to a
limited number of countries. The maximum weight limit for EMS
shipments varies by country, ranging from 22 pounds to 70 pounds,
