Return Policy
- General
We hope you love everything you buy at WalkingEquipment.com.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product
within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in a new & unused
condition and has not been modified. A cane that has been shortened
from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that
has been modified. We'll issue a refund directly to your credit
card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product.
If you received the item damaged or defective, we'll also refund
the original shipping and handling cost. We do not issue cash
refunds. No refunds after 30 days. Returned items must be new
and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. We
are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.
To return an item, you must call WalkingEquipment.com Customer
Service at 1.877.890.7677 or email us at customerservice@walkingequipment.com
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for
your return. Sorry, but any returned item not accompanied by
an official RMA code can not be accepted. Please write the RMA
code on the returned portion of the original packing slip and
on the shipping return label. Please take a minute to tell us
why you're not happy with the product-we want to know! Once
we receive the original product at the WalkingEquipment.com
warehouse, our customer service staff will contact you for your
exchange order. Returned items must be new and unworn,
and in the same condition as they were sent. WalkingEquipment.com
is not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.

Return Policy - Gifts
We are happy to accept returns of gifts! We can either credit
the gift purchaser's credit card, or issue WalkingEquipment.com
credit to the gift recipient, good for future purchases at our
site. However, we cannot issue credit to the credit card of
a gift recipient. We do not issue cash refunds.
