Return Policy

We hope you love everything you buy at WalkingEquipment.com. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in a new & unused condition. A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified and is subject to a 30% restocking fee. We'll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. No refunds after 30 days. Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your credit.

To return an item, you must call WalkingEquipment.com Customer Service at 1.877.890.7677 or email us at customerservice@walkingequipment.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for your return. Sorry, but any returned item not accompanied by an official RMA code cannot be accepted. Please write the RMA code on the outside of the shipping box. Please take a minute to tell us why you're not happy with the product-we want to know!

Gifts

We are happy to accept returns of gifts! We can either credit the gift purchaser's credit card, or issue WalkingEquipment.com credit to the gift recipient, good for future purchases at our site. However, we cannot issue credit to the credit card of a gift recipient. We do not issue cash refunds.
