Please never email us your credit card number, as email is not secure-use the secure ordering form instead. We charge your credit card when your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

Gift certificates

Treat your loved ones with an WalkingEquipment.com gift certificate! They come in denominations of $25, $50, $100 and $500, and they're good toward any purchase made at WalkingEquipment.com. Your electronic gift certificate will be sent to the recipient. Make sure you have the exact email address of the recipient to ensure speedy delivery. Your loved ones will love you for it! Gift certificates are good for up to the value of the certificate; any purchase over the amount of the gift certificate must be paid by the recipient with a credit card. Any remaining balance left over after purchase with the gift certificate will be credited to the recipient's WalkingEquipment.com gift certificate account balance for future use. It cannot be credited to a credit card. Recipient must retain the code provided with gift certificate at time of receipt; if this code is lost, WalkingEquipment.com cannot be responsible for replacing the value of the gift certificate. Discount code

Discount codes are gifts from WalkingEquipment.com. An WalkingEquipment.com Discount Code can be applied only once by any one user, but you can pass the code along to your friends and family. Therefore, you have to be registered and logged in to apply a Code. Check your certificate to see whether your code applies site-wide, or to a particular brand or product. Bonuses cannot be applied toward shipping/handling, gift-wrapping, or taxes. You will not receive a credit if you return items ordered with a Discount code.
