If an order is placed on a Monday - Friday before 4 pm EST is will be scheduled to be shipped that same day. We do have approximetly 98% of all items in stock on average at any given time. There are times when we do not have certain items in stock and there will be a delay in shippment. Ssame day shipping is not a gurantee just our usual method of shipping our products. Order Status: When you order on line, our shopping cart software will process your order, print a packing slip, sales receipt, and your shipping label. Because of this, we do not have a "order cut off" time. UPS pick up time is approximately 5:15pm. It is not uncommon for orders placed at 5:10 to be shipped. Do not be alarmed if your order is not found, orders are normally scanned into the tracking systems daily at approximately 1:30 a.m EST. i.e., UPS picks your package up at 5pm, but the tracking number will not appear until they scan the package at the hub. NOTE AS OF 8-29, YOU WILL RECEIVE A EMAIL THE FROM US WITH YOUR FEDEX/UPS TRACKING NUMBER WHEN WE PRINT THE LABEL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT YOU USED ON THE ORDER FOR TRACKING INFORMATION. SO, IF YOU ORDER ON FRIDAY NIGHT, YOU WILL GET A TRACKING NUMBER SOMETIME DURING THE DAY ON MONDAY.
